Your login details are exactly the same
All your data has been safely migrated to the new platform; you just need to visit https://river-social.com and log in with your existing credentials.
If you've forgotten your login details, you can:
- Reset your password on the login page
- Create a new account
- Email our community coordinator, Nico, at nico.stewart@rivergrp.com
Add River Social back to your home screen
- Navigate to https://river-social.com on your desired browser (Safari/Chrome recommended)
- Click the share icon
- Scroll down and click “Add to home screen.”
- Click “Add” (River will now be on your home screen)
- Open the River app from your home screen and log in
- Once the new icon is working, press and hold the old River icon and remove it from your home screen.

If the page isn’t loading, try one of the options below.
Option 1: Try a different browser
Opening the link in another browser often resolves the issue immediately.
Option 2: Use the same browser (disable your DNS cache)
If you’d prefer to keep using your current browser:
- Open the web inspector on this page
- Chrome: Right click and select "Inspect"
- Safari: Open "Settings", navigate to the "Advanced" tab, enable "Show features for web developers" and close the window. Open the "Develop" menu and select "Show web inspector".
- Navigate to the "Network" tab
- Select the "Disable Cache" checkbox
- Click the "Take me there" button
- You should be redirected to river-social.com
